This work was originally address to the Poor Clare Nuns, in order to provide an overview of the fundamentals of Religious Devotion, and the practice of the Spiritual Life. One will find, regardless of state in life, that this book provides a profound foundation for beginning and progressing in the life of Prayer and Virtue we are all called to by our Baptism.
