The True Face of Lutheranism - Lawrence of Brindisi

We are very excited to release the public this first-ever English translation of St. Lawrence of Brindisi's second part to his "Lutheranismi Hypotyposis", addressing the doctrinal foundations of the Lutheran Church and its principal tenets such as Sola Scriptura, Sola Fide, etc. 

It is our hope that this Edition serves the Catholic world of Apologetics to effectively combat the claims of Protestant Theology, grounded firmly in the writings of the Church Fathers and Sacred Scripture, and aided by St. Lawrence of Brindisi's powerful means of theological retaliation. 

St. Lawrence of Brindisi was declared a Doctor of the Church, designated in fact the "Apostolic Doctor", by Pope John XXIII, on account of his outstanding command of the Sacred Scriptures in their original languages. This particular feat of St. Lawrence is evident throughout this work in translation, and shows forth the unequaled mastery of Scripture that this great Doctor was gifted with.
